Acting as a trusted second brain, she’s constantly reading the room—and all the emails. Whether she's orchestrating complex schedules, distilling long exchanges to critical details, or quietly removing day-to-day friction, Catie focuses on simplifying complexity and preserving momentum.

Before joining Uncork, Catie supported senior leaders across venture capital and high-growth technology companies, including Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), Lux Capital, and Teledoc (formerly Livongo). In her time between investors and founders across crypto, enterprise software, and healthcare tech, Catie found a passion for supporting people through pivotal moments in high-pressure environments. Drawn to Uncork’s purpose and pace, Catie’s connected immediately with their highly-engaged team, the authentic culture, and their shared belief that thoughtful execution behind the scenes is what helps people show up at their best.

Outside of work, Catie is a Bay Area sports fanatic who attended every World Series game during the Giants’ winning streak. When she’s not at Oracle Park, she’s usually behind a pottery wheel, fitting in an Orange Theory class, or planning her next international trip. In the evenings, she unwinds with a healthy dose of reality TV.
