Jess keeps the wheels turning so others can do their best work. She’s the quiet safety net that prevents and catches problems before they derail a day—a missed flight, a lost message, a rushed agenda, a frozen screen mid-presentation—bringing calm, care, and precision to every interaction.
At Uncork, Jess supports Partners Amy Saper and Tripp Jones and manages the office’s daily rhythm. She anticipates needs, orchestrates complex schedules, and makes sure every visitor feels at home, balancing logistics with hospitality so meetings are productive and founder time stays protected.
Before Uncork, Jess was a Recruiting Coordinator at Meta, most recently supporting executive office hires—moving fast, enabling growth, and keeping the human touch. Earlier, as an inventory manager for a cosmetics retailer, she honed her organizational instincts and perfected the art of prioritizing under pressure. Jess has always been curious about how people and systems work together to scale. Her experience is proof that you don’t have to be in a technical role to have a deep impact on how teams and companies grow.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Jess graduated from San Francisco State University.
Outside of Uncork, Jess can be found lost in a fantasy novel, queuing up downbeat jazz by the likes of Chet Baker and Oscar Peterson, or out on the dance floor of her weekly Cuban salsa nights.
