Over her 20-year career spanning venture firms and high-growth startups, Tilly has worn basically every hat. She's been a database guru, social marketer extraordinaire, and process development wizard – leading initiatives that have strengthened investor-founder networks and helped companies move faster without breaking things. After years working alongside investors and entrepreneurs, she's seen firsthand how hard it is to grow a company alone. So she's built her career around making sure founders never have to. Outside of Uncork, Tilly is a Portland native turned proud San Franciscan of 20 years. She is a pop music aficionado, low-code automation wizard, and collector of over 120 eclectic sunglasses. She's a Sagittarius Sun with a Scorpio Moon and Scorpio Rising – which is woo-woo for saying she's optimistic about everything and intense about all of it.
