Before Uncork, Belle led growth at Hyperbolic Labs, an AI compute startup, where she worked shoulder to shoulder with AI research teams and early-stage founders. Driving the company’s revenue and partnerships, she saw up close what it takes for AI startups to go from idea to traction, and came away especially passionate about the hard problems of compute and inference.

Belle has spent years in the startup ecosystem at the ground level. She's a connector who has built deep relationships with founders, and bringing the right people together is what she does best. Even before entering college, she sourced and closed an investment in a healthcare startup, and she’s been drawn to backing founders from the earliest stage ever since.

While at UC Berkeley, she was a Venture Fellow and Head of Community at General Catalyst, supporting more than 150 student-founded companies and helping award grants to several. She also served as Managing Director of the Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator, supporting a portfolio of early-stage startups and investing in some of them herself, and worked with startups while at Berkeley SkyDeck and Pantera Capital.

Belle was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand and is a graduate of the M.E.T. program at UC Berkeley, with dual degrees in Industrial Engineering and Business. She’s also a solo harpist who was invited to perform at Carnegie Hall and led harp therapy sessions at local hospitals. She's also a taekwondo practitioner, a skier and soccer player.
