Sarah invests in seed-stage businesses at the intersection of AI applications and infrastructure. At Uncork, she works across sourcing, thesis development, diligence, and portfolio support, focused on backing breakout founders early. Her recent work includes theses on voice AI and model evaluation infrastructure, along with founder resources on writing investor updates and navigating fundraising.
Sarah is a hands-on partner to founders. She connects customers, co-investors, and early hires, helps sharpen go-to-market, and isn’t afraid to embed with companies — recently spending a month inside a portfolio team to support product marketing and development. She’s also deeply plugged into accelerator and founder communities, regularly convening operators, builders, and early-stage investors.
Before joining Uncork, Sarah spent two years at Bessemer Venture Partners, where she sourced and supported companies from seed through Series B, including Kindred and Chaos Labs. She was previously a venture fellow at Pear VC and also worked at Sierra Ventures and Drop, a fintech startup. In 2025, Sarah was awarded the NVCA Rising Star Award.
Sarah graduated with honors from Princeton University, where she studied Political Science and Computer Science and co-founded the university’s first student-led VC fund, Princeton Student Ventures, backing student entrepreneurs with $1K–$10K grants.
Outside of Uncork, Sarah is a bilingual lifelong learner (and Duolingo addict), a hip-hop dancer, a podcast enthusiast (check out her new conversation series “Early Access”), and a now-recreational basketball player who launched her own series of all-girl basketball camps when she was in high school.
